The Total Player Training is designed to enhance the conventional athletic training process by identifying key factors that today's athletes experience. In addition to focusing on athletes skills and fitness training the program will emphasize mental health, understanding the game and college readiness*. By partnering with professionals and experts in these primary areas our program has all the components an athlete needs for their growth and development resulting in the Total Player prepared to perform in their desired sport.

Athletes 3rd-5th Grade

       (focus on athleticism, stamina and mobility)

  • Group meetings with Character Coach

Athletes 6th-8th Grade
 

  • Skills Training

  • Fitness Training

       (focus on intro to weight lifting, athleticism, work                  ethic)

  • Group meetings with Character Coach

Athletes 9th-12th Grade
 

  • Skills Training

  • Strength Training

       (focus on weight lifting, athleticism, body                              development and work ethic)

  • Group meetings with Character Coach

  • Group SAT Prep meetings*
