The Competitive Youth Basketball League (CYBL) is open to community recreation councils and independent team entries only. The focus of our league is to provide recreational athletes in the 11th and 12th grade a safe, fun and competitive basketball atmosphere to enjoy the game while giving their all in effort to win!

 

All league games will be played on weekends during the Winter season and supported by the professional BCWB staff that has provided community basketball programs in the Frederick County area for 20 years. All games will be played on Saturday or Sunday and all teams will play at the same location on game days. Game locations will rotate throughout Frederick County gymnasiums to allow each team/organization to host games in their respective district or community as the "home" team.

The CYBL will be officiated by professional referees, provide interactive online schedule and league updates weekly.
